Gary at 2 mil
Assuming these are the salaries needed to aquire these players..Who would you rather have?
JJ barea - 2 Million a year
Jermey Lin - 4 Million a year
Gary Neal - 4 Million a year
Mo williams - 8 Million a year\
Aaron brooks 1 million a year
Donald Sloan - 3 Million a year
CJ Watson - 2 Million a year.
Rodney Stuckey - 6 Million a year.
With Manu's possible retirment and Joseph situation, the spurs badly need another creating guard.
Who would you rather have among these players?

Doesn't really make sense to acquire another PG with Patty still on the roster IMO..the Parker contract is just the death of the team, and we have to live with it, unfortunately..
Gary can shoot the 3 and spread the floor from 3 at the pg position next to kawhi.
Barea want 3 million a year multiyear
It's pretty sad for the Spurs that Barea is going to make like 11 mil per year less than Parker in the next few years, tbh
Barea has already stated he's willing to stay in Dallas for cheap. That's where he wants to be.
Remember, nobody wants to come here tbh....
Huertas is a free agent.. he's terrible on D, but he can create stuff for the bench ala Manu
Brooks is a good deal if he can be had for cheap imo.
out of the players, barea. You dont have to worry about him playing hard, ever.
To replace Manu probably Rin, I think he plays the right way and is able to create for others. I think he could do well running the bench unit tbh.

Huertas as Marcelinho Huertas from Barcelona ? You`ve gotta be kiddin me. Dude is close to being done as Manu.
Man its testies who said it, you know its a bad idea when he says it...
The last Barca game I watched to see Deshaun Thomas featured Huertas playing pretty well.
He's fallen off a cliff since his second season. Just not that good.

I'd rather take a chance with a new face to see how he progresses. Using known quan ies gives you known results. We need to discover the next star PG tbh.
I know Green doesn't fill that playmaker mold, but this sad crop of players shows you how important it is to resign him or else leave a gaping hole at the 2.
That's not what's happening, not exactly anyhow. You have two or three people using alts and they aren't trying to be right. They are trying to sway opinion just to see if they can. If you say it enough people start repeating it then it becomes true, regardless if it's factual. It's like trying to affect stock prices by getting enough players to make moves at the right time, and going the other way on yours to capitalize.
Yeah it's stupid, but the so is basketball if you think about what it actually is.
