While posing as a police officer. This guy deserves whatever is coming his way and then some. Human waste. He took one from the Avante playbook.

Cornett was charged with nine felony counts: Kidnapping to commit rape; assault with intent to commit felony, victim under 18; kidnapping; lewd act upon a child; false imprisonment by violence; sexual penetration by foreign object, minor over 14; attempted forcible rape; assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury; and attempted unprotected sexual activity by one who knows self to be infected by HIV. He was also charged with seven misdemeanor counts of resisting peace officer and one misdemeanor count of possessing a controlled substance (PCP). 1.2 million bail
I've always thought that in cases where the HIv or AIDS was known prior, any non-consenting sex with others without informing them should be charged as reckless endangerment manslaughter. Even if the disease hasn't tested positive yet in the victim. Even if the victim never gets it. You have it and try to someone over by not telling them through forced or coerced unprotected sex, you attempted to spread the disease.
This whole thing is just ed up.
Is attempted Murder too much?
Why don't cops "accidentally" shoot people like this that actually deserve it?

Understandable. And I by no means happen to be acquainted with the particulars in regards to law, and law enforcement etc.
But lets just say for example I have a very hazardous gas, and I know there's a high probability of death (In a matter of months lets just say) if someone is exposed to it. But my intent is to immobilize them, crowd control if you will. And we disperse this gas, knowing death may be a real possibility. How am I not liable for attempted murder if I know the high probability and say, "Well, I really wanted to just make them stop moving, to stop being disorderly". What I'm saying is, despite my intentions, knowing the high probability, is it proper for someone to get the label of "Negligent" as opposed to intent.
