The hacking is taking away fast break opportunities from the misses.... hate that side of the strategy.

    Much more effort this game

Clippers seem to play their best ball when their is a sense of urgency. They should win the next one.

Nah, I just see the backdoor sweep in progress already.
These are teams that are fueled by the crowd.

It's true though, how many Clippers does it take to fix a flat? Typically one, unless it's a blowout then they all show up.

CN needs to have to faith. The Clips have bounced back after every loss that made them seem dead in the water. I thought they were done for after Game 3 against the Spurs, then after Game 5, then after going down late in the 4th in Game 7, but they've proven they have what it takes to respond.

Clips by 20 in Game 6.
To be fair, that was the first round and the Spurs were the heavy favorites to win that series. The Clippers were basically playing with house money that whole time. Now they're the favorites, they just had to close out a 3-1 lead against a team that was dead in the water, and they couldn't do it.

What's disappointing is that Doc and the players presumably knew about the conference finals drought, knew how desperate the fans were to finally see one, and still chose to mail this game in from the start. Now it's a series again and Houston has newfound confidence. Given our recent playoff history (Games 5 and 7 against Phoenix, nearly blowing a 3-1 lead to Memphis, getting backdoored by Memphis, Games 5 and 6 against OKC) it's hard not to brace for the latest chokejob.

I really hope I'm wrong, but my gut is right a lot, and it's telling me that this game will come back to bite us.

Also, I fully expect McFail to get desperate and bring back Beverley and maybe even DMo for Game 6. Another reason why this team should have closed it out tonight.

They were both ruled out for the post season.

Didn't Beverley say he wanted to come back for the playoffs in mid-May?

He did originally say his target date was around May 18, but the team ruled him out completely shortly after he said that.

You're gonna take a punch in the gut to start it, no doubt about that. Brace yourselves, don't fight & play defense. They can stop you from scorin', but, nobody can stop you from playing straight up defense.

Out of all the teams left in the playoffs, the Clippers are the most likely team to choke a 3-1 series lead. I personally hope it happens.

Ballmer would probably die from a heart attack if that happens.

Well I want JET to advance so survival of the fittest. I'd love to see the rockets pull off the comeback and then sweep the warriors in the WCF and get revenge for 2007. Never forget.

Hopefully he'd at least fire Doc and blow it up before keeling over. If they blow this series, this core doesn't deserve another chance.

No need to panic tbh. Clips have a chance to advance to the WCF at home and from what we've seen the Rockets are gonna get blown out of Staples

No Clips have blown them it multiple times there. Haven't seen Houston play hard consistently enough. Which they need to leave it all on the floor game 6. Don't go out like quitters.

No, it ends the next game. Clippers beat the Spurs for a reason, they will make the WCF. It would be a huge chokejob if Houston forces a game 7, not saying it can't happen, but I don't see it.

At least they finally showed some backbone and played like they are capable of. Good defensive effort and it always starts there. This is the playoffs.

The reason:::Pop adamantly refused to win Game 82. Coulda held a gun to his head,,,once an idea takes root he's incapable of consideration.
