I like the idea of a war room to consolidate all the rants. I'm not suggesting suppressing criticism of spurs players. I've routinely ranted to friends in texts during games about Patty's inability to hit a shot in the regular season, Parkers inability to be consistent all year and sudden inability to make the shots that used to be clockwork, Manu Turnobili, and Kawhi being virtually a non impact in the last three games of the Clippers series. So, I think it's still good to be able to express that.

But to clog up this forum with 10 threads per page about the same thing is watering down all the other good threads here. We don't need to create a new thread for every post. And we also don't need to create threads to mock other useless threads which doesn't help the problem.

For those that hate a certain player and can't help but bash them, post in the same thread, let it grow to 100 pages long. I think that will be more epic than 90% of this forum filled with redundent content that only serves to drive users away.

OVER moderation is actually what killed this forum a few years back. They had some loose bolts in charge. I won't name names.

I especially don't like it for some moron who thinks he is funny to put it onto a website about basketball I enjoy, because I think such childish attempts to say, "look at me, look at me" are simply pathetic. But if you like it, I guess our sense of humor is way different. There are probably websites about toilet training you could go to for laughs.

This place is really ty compared how it used to be. I have 10 ppl on ignore and it's still ty, What I learned from this is that a few really good posters (timvp, Bruno and company) built this place and now when they are gone it's basically a place for some ok threads and trolls sucking eachother's s.

RealGM is way over-moderated and modded improperly imo. Perfect example of "too strict modding" which makes it a meh site. Then again if this site isn't proof forums need moderation, nothing is.
