doesn't seem to count but honorable mention. i remember during game 7 mario chalmers missed 2 straight freethrows. the score was 88-90 heat lead with 1 minute 30 secs to go and chalmers coudlve made it a 4 point game. What ended up happening was that the heat failed to score afterwards and the spurs had a 2 pt deficit with 1 min to go. But afterwards duncan ed up that layup and slammed the floor. Had duncan made that layup and had they won the game chalmers would've been the most hated man in miami history. He was lucky the spurs ed up harder than him. I never noticed this until i saw the game again after we won 2014.

Yeah not really. Kawhi missed a ring winner and wasn't hated. Manu became the Heat ball boy for most of the 4th and OT and wasn't hated.

Surprised no has brought up the Clippers blowing a 24 point lead to the Spurs in Game 3 of the second round in 2012.

Ehh, in a vacuum, that was a pretty bad choke, but we got swept, were injured from the previous series with far less rest before Game 1, and didn't even stand a chance against the Spurs even if 100% healthy and well-rested. The surprise was that we ever had a 24-point lead to begin with, not that we blew it.

Ah, the Horry shot in 2002... How could we forget that. The Lakers start the first 12 minutes of play down 40-20 to the Kings, and they somehow found a way to win that game.

They win that and the Kings are champions of the 2001/02 season.

The officiating in that game was just as bad as Game 6 and there is a do entary on it (at least one), not that you wanna hear that.

honorable mention? 2003 Spurs @ Mavs Game 6 when Kerr went crazy? Mavs had a 13 point lead entering 4th Q, but no Dirk for rest of series. so it was bleak anyway. imo.

I should also include the 2008 Game 4 Celtics @ Lakers... Lakers squander a 24 point lead and a chance to tie the series with Game 5 @ Staples. Eddie House, Posey clutch.. as well as Pierce and Allen. brilliant comeback, epic choke. Prevented Lakers from a chance at a 3-peat.

I had it somewhere on a youtube video, he might have been but I am sure a sigh of relief came over him when he missed two and then had a shot again to redeem himself and ice the game, THEN he BLOWS IT again! I know that must have been devistating.
