Poor coaching. There have been a few possession where Jamal ISO'd for 15 seconds before throwing up a contested shot. The coach should be the one to correct that. None of the announcers ever call out the terrible decision making by Tom Rivers.

There's a lot of things to blame Doc for, but Choke Paul hiding in the corner and allowing Crawful to sabotage the offense is not one of them.
