If you factor in the conditioning part, no doubt the warriors.
Who wins? I think the Warriors. And this coming from someone who watch the Bulls back then. If the Warriors go undefeated for the rest of the playoffs, I think that proves even more how unbeatable they are
If you factor in the conditioning part, no doubt the warriors.
Hold on they haven't won a le yet. Let's slow down with the ridiculous comparisons.
You ing guys are ridiculous....today's NBA is weak compared to the 90s...Steph for as good as he is would not have been able to play in the 90s. Period. He's the product of a pussified league and thats coming from somone who loves Steph...
The Grizzles already showed how to beat them..get up in them, be physical and make them work on the other end...the Warriors thought they were gonna lose that series vs the Griz...the Griz had them beat but mysteriously just stopped executing their game plan....and let GSW creep back in it....
I'm probably a rare breed of person on the planet that knows this team is very limited if you know how to exploit matchups and comparing this team to the 96 Bulls means at a base level you're just re ed....there is no comparison...those were men back then these are boys....this is what frustrates me about Spurtalk fan you guys try and act like you know basketball when you CLEARLY dont.
MJ would have mind ed Steph into oblivion....Pip would have mind ed Clay into the Abyss....and who....who in the would have dealt with Rodman?
This is like when MJ said LeBron was good but nowhere close to his level Why? Because strength of compe ion. Who's guarding Lebron as he puts up stats? No one...the league is weak and MJ is SPOT ON....same with Curry...these guys aren't playing anyone in a no hand check era...so of course they look all world....I'm just not buying into the modern day hype....it's a pussified league....the 80s and 90s were the golden years of the NBA...with a revital by Shaq and Kobe....after that its no longer the same....the last team to 3 peat closed out the NBAs golden manhood years
I wish you morons would stop with the re edness.... gets old...go read a book because yall are clueless when it comes to basketball

You're an idiot.
Throughout history. The commoner and laymen used to always say this to people like Jesus, Plato, Socrates, Galileo, Einstein, and now Kool...
Except this time the people are right. You ARE an idiot.![]()
You cant disprove a ing word I said in this thread....you morons dont know the game...and it's pretty ing easy to see....go ahead sissy boy huff and puff about me not knowing my ....I'm spot the on....there is no comparison....all the hype is for the media and sheeple fans like you looking to be entertained while being purposely ignorant or trying to white wash history....
Warriors in 5, probably..realistically, Harrison Barnes would probably be a top 3-5 wing player that the Bulls ever faced during their le runs IIRC..
He would catch diarrhea or either become constipated at the first site of Dennis Rodman![]()
I actually think the Warriors wins in 6. I'd pick any of the pre 96 Bulls over the Warriors though.
You ASSume a lot, but that's just in your nature, NPD boy.![]()
I just dont think you guys know basketball at all....it wouldnt even be close...these warriors are up against historically weak teams...when Grizzs Did play even a little tough Defense on them they folded...and didnt have an answer....I think its a massive breach to even put them in the same breath as MJs Bulls....Clay is weak mentally and so is Barnes they're just playing in a leauge that is a finesse league...Curry would foul out trying to guard MJ....all day long MJ would post him up all over the court..its not even a fair comparison....and Pippen on Clay and Barnes....are you ing kidding me...Pip was one of the grestest defenders of alltime in fact hes top 5....and then theres the grestest defensive player all time in Dennis.....I just dont get it..are you guys smoking cracki ask that sincerely
The Warriors are going against a Rocket team that shouldn't have made it out of the 1st round and definitely not out of the 2nd. Just because they're beating the out of Coward and Mental Midget Harden doesn't mean they'd beat GOAT.
Honestly, you do make a point and a lot of the newer generation basketball fans do take intangibles for granted since the implementation of advance stats has took the sport by storm. 96 Bulls was no joke, they swept Orlando, Miami and beat the Sonics in 6.
But from an eye test, I just think the Warriors are deeper and the 96-98 Bulls haven't faced an offense like it. Chicago has faced a lot of 1-2 punch teams in the late 90's and when they finally faced a balanced team with a strong general on the sideline (Pacers) they almost lost the series in 7. The Dubs are ridiculously well balanced and their best player is shooting the lights out en route to having another historic season.
I think the 91-93 Bulls would fare better, Jordan and Pippen we're on their athletic prime who can hang with the younger Warriors.
There really is no such thing as an eye test in this comparison....sure Curry would have scored points because he's a shooter...any shooter can score....but he would have been severely outmatched mentally and physically against MJ...hes just too small to stand with MJ whereas conversely MJ would have guarded him quite well...
And just stop for a second and think about what you're saying...in what world is Clay Thompson and Harrison Barnes better than Rodman and Pippen?Clay and Barnes are babies man...its not even fair to them to make the ccomparison....
Jeebs, you ed up. A milk run had you managed to stay upright in Los Angeles.
Your first repeat comin',,,comin' hard.
Green and bogut are a lot better than rodman and whatever Chicago had at center. Curry is a thousand times better than what Chicago had at pg. sure there's mj and pippen but the warriors are more efficient on offense and actually very good defensively. Also golden state has a depth advantage.
teams today are just different, basketball has evolved. Threes or getting to the rim is better basketball than the midrange game. Defensive schemes have improved. It's no longer about stopping a guy 1 on 1.
there are so many teams I can name better than this year's warriors. Last year's Spurs is an easy start.
You've got to be kidding. Bulls wouldn't have any problem with them.
Bulls were better in their era. They crushed the compe ion. But put them in a time machine and bring them to today and they wouldn't be as dominant just because so much has changed.
I understand the Warriors are feasting on a poorly coached, low IQ Rockets team that plays no defense whatsoever but Chicago's defense was on another level and they just had insane athleticism, b-ball IQ and length to cover the floor. The shortest guy in the starting lineup was 6'6. The Bulls were always at a disadvantage offensively when it came to the other team's point guard but it never seemed to matter.
