Hill recruiting for Indy.
Per a buddy of mine. Cool to see Hill still comes and spends time back in SA. Wish we could get him back..
Hill recruiting for Indy.
At $8 million for a guy who can't play point and can't play defense? And people don't want the Spurs to pay Green $8-$10 million?
These are the same people who think 3 and D guys grow on ing trees nowadays....
Pay Green his money.
Agreed, he can stay in Indy for that price.
danny green clubbin... go figure.
The more I think about it, Green is such a turd. He LITERALLY had the opportunity to step into a huge payday, being that tony and tiago were both "injured." Bum comes out and does nothing; shoots roughly 30% (21/61) FG and 66% from FT. He can go clubbin elsewhere.
Yeah, I guess five blocks in game 7 aren't that important though. He's the reason it wasn't a blowout. He'll get paid regardless of if you like it or not. Sorry you're jealous.
I wouldn't be surprised if Hill ends up back in SA after his contract is up. And not to stir the pot, but could create max cap space just by swapping him and Parker.
typical. you point to one game where he played well. then you have the other 5 which he played like tony parker. I could care less if he gets paid, I just dont want SA spending $ on him. Ghetto trash tbh
When you say ghetto trash that means Danny eats a lot of chicken while painting his toenails?![]()
Kawhi had 0 steals in the last 4 games of the Clippers series & got bukkake'd by Matt Barnes... Gets a pass and a max contract.
Green has 5 blocks and 2 steals in just ONE game (G7). Gets ted on for no effort, and doesn't even deserve $8M.
Spurstalk![]()
Is this the best San Antonio has to offer for millionaires, tbh?![]()
Kiwi played 4 decent to good games while Danny was trash for 6 games and in that just ONE (G7) game he missed the last shot.
The both played like , but ST seems to be blind because of 'potential'... Potential is non-existent last I checked.
Green has broken numerous Franchise records, and people think he doesn't even deserve what Marvin Williams is worth at market value. Kawhi put up a mere average 16ppg and now is a top 10 player? Nah.
Maybe you all are on to something the more I think about it. Green to Indy?? If spurs don't pay him, someone will overpay him tbh...
Game 1
Kiwi 18
Green 6
Game 2
Kiwi 23
Green 9
Game 3
Kiwi 32
Green 11
Game 4
Kiwi 26
Green 0
Game 5
Kiwi 18
Green 9
Game 6
Kiwi 12
Green 7
Game 7
Kiwi 13
Green 16
Kiwi had 2 bad games while Green had 6, this is not about potential this is about facts thats why like it or not the franchise will have Kiwi´s face on it as soon as they fire that stupid Enrique.
Those franchise records will be broken again and again since is mostly 3 point and modern basketball is doing it more often than ever look Reggie Miller soon he will be a ringless POS since Curry will sink his records.
16ppg with good defense in a team with Duncan and Parker as their first options, once Tim retires his stats will improve and we will probably stink like the Pells.
Don't know why we still consider Timmy and Parker first options, Kawhi led the team in FGA and put up average numbers. Not disagreeing that he's a max player according to the market, but ting on Green's value is some BS. Danny's getting paid regardless
People who think Danny had six bad games look only at box scores. Kawhi literally couldn't guard CP3 and Danny was the only competent option on him.
Then let him get paid somewhere else a SG who can't create or even dribble the ball good luck Green/Anderson.
We are already paying a guy 14 million for the same thing, 8 doesn't sound so bad![]()
green 21/61 for the series =34%
greet ft 4/6 = 66*%
worth about 6 million, maybe less, patty shat all over him
Bro, based on your logic, Green would have received a max contract the past 2 years, since he shot 48% on 5 3s per game in the past 2 playoff runs, which is historically good..no player in NBA history has shot that well in 2 playoff runs..
was expecting white pants. disappointed.
We all know the strengths and the failings of Danny.....The real question is ,does San Antonio have
enough quality clubs for Danny's night life. Danny's from New York area so would $8-10 mill from the Nicks
have more appeal to him? He got his ring last year so he can check that off the bucket. I saw Pop
scream at him more than once this year. Is he ready for a change of scenery with some nite life, or
is Danny a Whatabuger-Taco Cabana guy now?
He seems to genuinely like the city of San Antonio, for whatever reason, tbh..
I think he likes the fact that Pop gave him a second chance after he had once again been cut from a team.
Plus, let's not overestimate the level of nightclub sophistication required by 20-something millionaires. San Antonio or Indianapolis - what a choice!!
