Tim Duncan hasn’t returned to the gym yet. But shortly after his season ended, and about three or four times a week since, he’s driven to Alamo Heights to train in martial arts.

He tears his ACL, Spurs win the season and the championship. Next season will be back to normal anyway with Thunder & Spurs heading the WCF
Hopefully the chubby, chucker point guard doesn't lose another step and gets to the gym to get in shape and to stay healthy and effective throughout the season... would also be good if he watches some game ape and concentrates on his teammates more rather than the rim so that he can see to pass them the ball.

So I would imagine we would here something on Tim/Manu shortly after the finals. I would imagine that FO is pushing them some on the timeline - to say they would appreciate an answer at least before the draft (if they don't already know). I think the Spurs would wait to announce anything formal until the finals are over (to not take away from the finals), but hopefully it's really soon after.

Well, from what I've read, I know that Tim is really into mixed martial arts, so I wouldn't expect him to stop doing it even if he isn't playing Basketball.
