It's still over for Cleveland . The curse of JR Smith
It's entirely possible that it won't be enough, but his physicality on defense is a game changer for them. Plus while he's out there, there's always the latent possibility he's going aim and land on somebody's knee and change the complexion of the series.
Irving is more talented, but with Bron going ISO 90% of the time, having a solid perimeter defender is more important for them, IMO.

It's just sheer dedication & learned & applied fundamentals. Any NBA player can do it.
I've said it all season, tbh. Dubs are soft, rough them up a bit and they will fold, especially Curry.
He just needs to stick his foot under Curry.
or "fall" into Curry's knee at the right time...
...why don't you just try to beat 'em straight up and live with the result,,,no matter what.
Agree. Man defense ain't rocket science, but it ain't cool like crossovers or behind the backs so most idiots don't bother with it.
Exactly. And it will be a interesting to see if Dova is summarily seduced by black influence and corrupts himself.
your avi
Chucky is probably gonna drop 30+ on him in Game 3 tbh. Hopefully the landing on the knee thing happens tho.
Guys, Curry is going to smoke the out of him in game 3 then all this Rudy talk will be over. Yeah I said Rudy.
Its a good point.
Dellawhateva also gets nice long rests on offense so he has the legs to play D.
Kyrie had to expend effort on both ends. While injured.
And this would not be a surprise at all.
Yeah, nobody is calling him a lockdown anything, just observing what he brings is probably more important than what a broken down Kyrie brought...
Wouldn't surprise me at all if Curry lights him up next game, tbh
It's amazing what some no name guy has been able to do for their team though, he's definitely had a huge impact even if they lose in 6
He plays the game with his feet and his chest. The chest is an old white man's "YMCA" tactic.
That's exactly how I used to play defense without getting called for a foul it works. If you're noticing your hands it's good defense
