Just heard moments ago on 98.7 FM here in Phoenix, our ESPN affiliate that the Suns have targeted San Antonio Spurs Danny Green.

    He isn't worth 10 million a year.

He probably is for the Spurs. Especially as ginobili ages and his minutes diminish. Especially so when the new cba comes in

They'd love him here though. He'd be hailed & feted. They'd talk about those rings till I'd go out of my in' mind. Then when the season started and they found out that Green didn't bring bald spot, Porker?, the and dinner bell Pop with him they'd start disrespecting him and by mid season he'd be persona non gratis.

10 mil per year with the upcoming CBA is around the future MLE, which is clearly worth it for a starter on a perennial contender/top 5 shooter in playoffs history..

But ya, Suns are a poor fit, everybody in their rotation is a ballhog..

Green will net offers for 10-12 million. Spurs will probably offer 8-10, and it's hard to say he isn't worth that for the Spurs system.

    We'll see what happens.
