I don't get what you're saying. What I was saying was, I would understand that someone who might be ignorant to the fact that all blacks aren't like the ones in section 8 housing, and that, that person would have a skewed view due to lack of exposure. Same with someone who has only lived in affluent white neighborhoods, and their only exposure to blacks were the news and WSHH. I don't give these people passes to be racist however.
In University, for example, I've met plenty of white people who grew up in completely white neighborhoods, school districts, etc so when I'm interacting with these people I'm always fighting stereotypes that they learned from wherever
