The dictionary definition of bigotry that you've thrown out is a refusal to tolerate/respect someone's beliefs. Putting aside whether a dude who thinks he's a lady falls within that definition of belief, literally no one has said that the tranny should be prevented from being able to have the surgery. Literally no one. What you've said is that someone is bigoted because they essentially refusal to accept that decision. That's essentially like saying people are bigoted against couple because, while they allow them to get married, don't approve or applaud two dudes banging each other. If you fail to see how that's not bigotry, you truly are ing hopeless.
