LeBron isn't a coach killer he's passive aggressive.
Who cares, anyway Blatt is trash all that talking about his european resume... nothing.
James won't allow his teammates to shoot or his coach to do his job
When LeBron passes to his teammates, then he's "deferring," "scared of the moment," and "getting bailed out" according to gots like you.
When left to his own devices, Blatt pulls like having LeBron inbound the ball in the clutch or pulling a Chris Webber.
Lebron was kind of treating Spoelstra the same way in his first season with the Heat. I think he could only go so far with Pat Riley around though. Blatt doesn't have that kind of authoritarian figure to give him support and Lebron has always had Cleveland by the balls anyway which is one of the reasons I think he went back there.
Could be, always had clown coaches to do what he wants Im sure he had the chance to hire a real coach but for some reason never cared.
They touched this up on the Jalen and Jacoby pod. LeBron does not respect Blatt AT ALL. For that reason, I think he is gone this off-season.
Yeah, he's 100% gone and Lue is taking over.
Are they gonna "file" him? Is that yet another inside joke on this board I'm barely picking up?
If they fire Blatt, Golden State should take him with open arms. He would be their offensive coordinator like Gentry was this past 2014/15 championship run.
Remember last year Kerr wanted Blatt. If he gets a second chance at him the Dubs should take it.
Lue trying to coach the Cavs
Blatt's not an offensive coach though, I think he's straight defensive.
From this link from NBC Sports, seems like he's the guy who's perfect to replace Gentry
He's Mark Jackson minus the new testament
He's the Old Testament because he's a Jew
Blatt is a good coach, it'd be a mistake if he's fired and who exactly could LeBron pick as the coach right now in the landscape? I think it'd be foolish, considering Blatt basically gives LeBron what he wants anyway.
If I had to guess, I'd bet Blatt wants to leave, as well, but he's afraid of losing any chance at coaching again in the league due to this debacle, tbh..
I can't imagine that a coach that won a bunch of les in Europe is content with coaching a team where he has virtually no power and everybody knows it..Blatt has a massive ego, you can see it in all of his interviews..
