But, he'd still be out the 25. Some one else has to give him 25 million, or, he has to hit a lottery, a big one. He cannot earn the 25 million. That would not replace the 25 million. He must be granted the 25 million while he is sitting on his ass.

Exactly. And now it's uncomfortable for all parties at the bargaining table to speak of home town discounts, for the good of the team, everybody else is sacrificing, on & on. Before they looked each other in the eye. Now? Duncan is looking at them, but, they're counting the little holes in the ceiling tiles. The elephant in that room?...the 25 million smackers.
