San Antonio has a serious problem w/ wrong way drivers, now these fools are ing around at 1 in the daytime? Damn..
SAN ANTONIO - A wrong-way driver was arrested Saturday after crashing into eight vehicles, but not before a viewer captured the man on camera.Calls for a wrong-way driver on Loop 410 started coming in to police around 1 p.m. The man was driving north in the southbound lanes before coming to a stop near Loop 410 and Military Drive. Gabriel Gonzalez was driving in the northbound lanes when he noticed the wrong-way driver.
"He just started hitting cars (like) 'Boom, boom, boom,' and I just followed him along. Finally, when I saw him come to a stop, I just jumped the guardrail and I went to make sure he didn't go anywhere," Gonzalez said. Gonzalez said he tried to alert oncoming traffic to the wrong-way driver.
"I was flicking the lights. I'm not sure if they could pay attention because of the guardrail, but I was doing anything I could. I was even putting my hand out the window like, 'Stop, stop, stop!' to try and get cars (to) stop. And it looked like they were stopping," Gonzalez said. Gonzalez captured the aftermath of the man's two-mile long crash-filled drive on his cellphone.
"It's something that drops your heart to the bottom and it makes your gut turn," Gonzalez said.
In the cellphone footage, the man appears dazed and unaware of what he's done. Police said the man appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. He was taken in for questioning and a blood test. Police said numerous people suffered minor injuries, including a 6-year-old.
Police have not released the suspect's name. It is unclear what charges he may be facing.

wtf with these drunk drivers. ing piece of Drunks ruining lives and families. I am sick of seeing this.
The driver never gets any injuries either, 's ed up. They need to step up the penalties for DWI if they want to decrease the deaths, and especially here w/ the wrong way idiots.
Then build a fkn subway or high speed rail
