Does he have anything to offer our bench? Wouldn't want to offer the T'Wolvers a ton, but Kyle Anderson and a pick? Or maybe they see something in Cojo? I don't know much about his game since I'm not a college ball watcher and he hasn't had much of an opportunity in the NBA. Eh? Eh? Anyone?
I'd give up COJO and a 2nd for him. That's it.
CoJo would be an idiot to agree to a sign-and-trade to go to basketball purgatory up in Minnesota.
Towns wants Duncan as a teammate. Sign-and-trade Duncan for Wiggins and Bennett?
and a pick for this bust , really ?
Minny will be lucky to get pure cap space and a 2nd for him.
If we can get him for the minimum, why not
The guys who hated Dejuan Blair will relive their hatred.
What... For a bag of peanuts.
I wouldn't trade Ayres for him.
Wouldn't go that far but would def not surrender Anderson for him.
we all seen with Green what happens to a guy when you give him a purpose. Sure he's a bust as a number 1 pick, but as a role player, I think there is still hope for him. I mean guys in here use to be high on Derrick Williams. I would give this guy a shot at the right price and for the Spurs, that's after his rookie deal expires. He's making almost 6 mil this year and has an option for like 7.5 next year. Too much to give anything of value. If we can sign him for the vet minimum after his rookie deal, I'm in for it otherwise he is making too much.
he's not even worth a late second right now. is being paid waaaaay too much
why? what purpose/role is he supposed to have?
On a rookie deal yeah why not. Given the right environment anyone can flourish. Being surrounded by winners can make you play above your head.
Who the would flourish playing for the armpits of the nba in Cleveland and Minnesota?![]()
He is owed $5.8 million next year. That guy is lazy as and wouldn't flourish on the 86 Celtics.
Keep in mind Bennett was far from a consensus #1, or even a top 3, and was more of a "somewhere in the lottery" kind of player that Cleveland reached on.

Given his salary, Minnesota is gonna have to _give up_ assets to remove him from the books--they're not gonna be taking anything in.
Spend the cash on keeping Green and give KA minutes if we want to try out a project player.
Didn't know it was that much.. Yikes.. terrible contract
If he could be an energy big off the bench, and stretch the floor, like 17-18 foot jumper, then he could be of some value. But he would have to have a change of heart which most likely mean he''s on the way out of the league and we are his only hope type situation. Imo
the cavs not only passed on oladipo, for him. but then they gave up on him, with wiggins, for an injury prone, short contract, white bosh. I don't know if Lebron will ever be able to win them a championship.
Pass. I'd rather have COJO. He's better.
Tony would have a late night eating binge partner
