Nah, nobody gives a about what goes on with the PC versions. This is why Rocksteady would outsource a AAA highly anticipated release to a team of 12 idiots.

Mainstream consumers outside of PC ( Majority of the market) sure, but if you're competing against The Witcher and Metal Gear Solid ( If I remember, every numbered Metal Gear Game has won game of the year), you can't have blemishes like this...

Witcher was a lock for game of the year anyway. It sold a load of copies, I can't see either beating it

This will have no impact when it comes to who will get game of the year.
There are so many game of the year awards that that doesn't mean anything.
Not really a mess, just not optimized fully yet. It's too hard to hard to expect games to launch on PC w/o issues minus a public beta. Too many system configurations to test.
Spoke too soon. I am experiencing noticeable framerate drops, even though I have a top of the line card. It's not game breaking, but it does make me wonder.
The only recent launches anywhere near this bad were AC Unity and Battlefield 4. BF4 was worse though.
On an Unreal 3 game at that.. pretty apparent that these 12 idiots didn't try the game once before giving it back to Rocksteady for release.
I don't know.. BF4 got a lot of people pissed w/ crashing and , but I personally didn't have a problem and a ton of people who were playing multi were saying the same when people were crying in the game chat. By far, Unity and Batman FTW.
