How are we supposed to package Tiago to get at LMA?

I don't think that's happening. We're coming exactly the same this season except possibly minus DG.

His highlight reel reminds me of Marcin Gortat. I hope it works out.

ing embarrassing. Would rather them have used the pick to dump Splitter if it came to that. At least then it would be obvious they have a plan. Instead, they're saving $250k while being short of a max free agent by at least $3 Million.

Waste of a draft pick.. , I'm expecting them to over pay for someone like Bargnani and then they call it a day. This FO is just.. I don't even know

If they bring him over this season, not in the slightest. They ABSOLUTELY needed another big man, especially a young center locked in cheaply. If they did this for monetary reasons, yes, they ed up. I feel like the Spurs will end up letting Green walk, keeping Ginobili and then pay David West $12 Million to put Splitter on the bench.

    So now it's:

    -renounce DG
    -probably trade splitter
-pass on RJ Hunter for a guy we'll probably never see
-fill the bench outside of Mills/Manu/Diaw with minimum salary gutter trash

All for the privilege of 2 years of Lamarcus Aldridge.

This 'big name FA' thing is souring on me.

I think DG stays and we will be exactly the same hoping Tony comes back healthy/in shape and Kawhi breaks out of beta mode.

He seems like a Tiago Splitter clone based on the scouting reports.
