Bruh we just won a le a year ago with splitter manning the middle for most of our run. They're are teams where he is essential.
Did GSW have a center? How about Cleveland? Who was their defensive stopper?

Bogut and mosgov are two top 20 nba centers. What we saw on the finals was a game of mutual destruction. You play your best players for a given matchup. Bogut was less effective than small ball.
There's a huge difference between playing small as a changeup and playing it as your bread and butter
Top 20 nba centers in a ty center decade? Andrew Bogut was 91 PER(14) in playoffs this year and Mosgov was 44 (17.9) out of 208 players.
The only team built around a Big worth anything is MEM in my opinion. Think?
A deal is already in place for Splitter. LA is coming to SA. His contract may surprise you. Same with Kawhi on contract. Like I have said before Pop and RC can get creative with these two and make room for Danny Green.
Oh my god green going there instead of splitter
I would think CLE would want Boris over Tiago, with Mosgov and Verajao.
Btw is Boris only partially guaranteed next year?
Verajao is always injured, they need a solid backup C.
and Splitter is not?
That's a lot of cash for 3 centers, by my count over 22m. Not to mention they have to resign Thompson who plays like a C even though he's only 6'9".
Boris' diversity for the position makes more sense in my mind. Also, he's as good a back up plan as they're going to get if Love leaves.
Can't really happen. CLE can't participate in a S&T due to the apron. With bringing Love and Lebron back, they won't be able to do a S&T
At least Splitter health isn't compromised by something that either knocks him out for the season or tries to kill him for multiple seasons.
Splitter is always injured too![]()
Splitter and Mills for Mozgov? I think that would work pretty well short- and long-term.
Do not see Cavs moving Mosgov after the Finals.
Eh. Splitter for Moz maybe, but if Spurs trade Patty, they are in a worse situation then they are in now. Literally no SG who can create his own shot. And we all saw what happened with no perimeter scoring.
We still need a slasher to make effective, in addition to a low post presence.
Yep, unless its a homerun like LMA, then no way they do after his Finals performance.
No? Why the lies?
Kind of disappointing to see Splitter go on a strict salary dump. He's certainly better than that. You'd think we could at least get a pick out of it.
There not, his name was not even mentioned at all.. I heard someone for Haywoods expiring and that only, then someone brings another trade up![]()
I'm talking about the actual asset. Haywood's deal is implied.
We're getting LaMarcus Aldridge out of it.
trade splitter and parker together.
