    He's black Nowitzki but just not as good as the real Nowitzki. He relies heavily on the mid range but doesn't have a 3 point shot, and is an average defender at best. I'm one of the few people who won't be upset if the Spurs don't land him.

    He can also pick and pop, pick and roll, put the ball on the floor, play with back to basket, create his own shot, athletic defender that can guard perimeter or recover to guard pick and roll, great outside shot, pass, guard the 3, 4, 5 positions....oh yeah and can give you 20/20 games. A front court of Aldridge, Duncan and Kawhi is the best frontcourt in the NBA.... So yeah I'd be disappointed if we didnt get him.

    The only plan they can sell is, "next year or the year after that. We're getting better" I don't think Aldridge will think yeah, I'll wait a few more years for a potential deep playoff run when he's pretty much had a team built around him in Portland for 9 seasons.
