Very difficult, West doesn't defend and he's almost on a weelchair.

Is his defense any worse than Aldridge? West is like 80% what Aldridge is... I'll take that for 1/4th the salary that Aldridge is demanding.

Sign West. Trade for Hibbert with Indiana paying half his salary and sending us a 1st.

Didn't Robin Lopez already sign with the Knicks?

Yes, i can't deny that. But he doesn't play center and have 35 years. Anyway, as you said, if is cheap bring it on!

I like Deandre. He has glaring holes in his game, but it does a few things for us.

    1. Its gives us inside defense to go along with our amazing wing defense.
    2. It nullifies the 2 teams that are our threats. The Rockets and Clippers.
    3. Hes young and energetic. To go along with Tim who will slow down again this year

If Spurs are real desperate for, consider:

    Andre Blatche
    Javale McGee

both have enough lateral movement to cover the pick and roll.

Javale McGee is a good option. If you want to get rid of Pop. Probably the old man will have a heart attack coaching that dumbass.

LMA doesn't want to play center! Duncan is too old to play center! The only player willing to sacrifice his body to play center is Matt Bonner.
The center position in the nba isn't that hard to play now. You're not gonna face a shaq, ewing, olojuwon, smits, mutombo, or mourning every other night. This isn't 1995.

I think Mcgee's mistakes are overblown with the whole Shaqtin a fool . Yeah he does dumb , but people that don't watch games swear every time he touches he ball he's either turning it over or doing something stupid. He just needs to be in the right environment. You'd be amazed how a change of scenery and being around the right people will change someone's career around. Look at stephen jackson in san antonio vs stephen jackson everywhere else. look at Rodman in Detroit vs Rodman everywhere else. He still did great things on the court in chicago, but they media didnt blow it up as they did everywhere else because they wanted jordan to keep winning so his punishments weren't as severe. had he kciked that cameraman while playing for the spurs, he would have been out for the season probably.

No one is left. That's the point. Spurs will save a ton of money and move some guys up from the d-league. They can go through a real deal rebuild, not that hybrid half assed facade of one that the 6ers and Lakers are doing.

He's closing in on a deal with them, I think around 12-13 mil per yr

That's true but he's scrappy and tough as , I think he could play the 4 just fine tbh, teach him to draw a charge and play D and he'll be fine imo

If Manu sadly retires that's another gaping hole that can't be filled by the usual vet min suspects.

I'm sure the spurs can find some d league guy to turn the ball over 6 times a game
