Fox News is reporting that LMA is officially running for president as a republican
The problem with LMA is he's listening to all these teams and all of them are likely trash talking the Spurs.
The other teams are saying that the Spurs are cheap.... which is true.
They are saying that Parker, Duncan and Ginobili have all declined and have no real future.
They are saying that Leonard isn't really a max player.
They are saying that Green can't really play anywhere else except for the Spurs that feeds him the ball at the right spots.
They are saying that the team is without a center and LMA will have to play center.
So LMA is thinking.... wtf.... maybe a sign with the Mavs with Wes Matthews and Cuban who has a lot of cash.
Or maybe LMA is thinking to sign with the Suns ... no idea why.
Honestly, LMA isn't Spur material, he's one of the most talent power forwards out there today, but he's just not Spurs material. The FO blunder was not to go all out to get Gasol last year. That was the blunder..... Splitter could have been traded then. It was the difference between a championship and getting eliminated in the first round.
If Aldridge is really about winning and not the money, he'll sign with us. As for West it's probable GSW told him they don't have room for him (they don't even have room for David Lee) so his choices are down to SA and Washington. I'm sure PATFO are already in talks with him just in case Aldridge doesn't work out and even if it does, the Spurs are in need of a Backup C/PF in the bench.
Everything is aligning, hard to not keep your hopes up right now tbh
Other teams are saying these things or are you saying these things? So many of those points are ridiculous.![]()
I'm saying the other teams are trash talking down the Spurs and unfortunately LMA is dumb enough to believe the trash talking.
You really need to up your mileage for optimal marathon performance. Are you running Boston next year? Registration opens September 14!

Another 15 pages overnight and still no decision from LMA. This has not been good for my productivity the last two days. At least today is a holiday.
Does anyone else see him staying available so long, as a sign he's going to go elsewhere. He stated that the Lakers first presentation was terrible and not thought out, now he went back for a second, and he's interviewing with Miami. Bleh, make your decision dude. If you want to come home to Texas, stop interviewing in opposite places. San Antonio furthermore used as a crutch by a talent.
He could be struggling with how long to sign for as much as where. 2 years or 4?
Just pushing to the top, aiming for 200+ pages today.
No smoke from chimney yet, no decision has been made
Training for that swim across the river I see.
All of you are gots. That is all.![]()
Muh coming through.
If summer league would just start already we would have a nice distraction going on. Waiting on a player's decision to see the rest of off season free agency to play out is always fun to sit through though. Especially when NBA fans go off the deep end when they are spurned.
All I know is that Danny is back and Duncan is returning. so far so good.
Now that Dallas got Wes Matthews and might end up getting DJ as well, is there any way they could still get Aldridge? I'm worried they might vault to the top of his list after adding those two. Surely there wouldn't be any space left...right?
Lmao.Getting it going early
If I'm LMA and want to win a le..not only do you have to go through the West. You're probably seeing LeBron in the Finals....Suns? no.. Spurs? Kryptonite
