They'd have to trade their bench away for him.

Makes 0 sense when you consider how much harden has the ball in his hands. Not enough touches to go around for him, harden and Dwight
At least a guy like Ariza, who is very important to what they do.

if lma does not want to play second fiddle in portland he would be third fiddle in houston
No problem. I'm on 3 different pairs right now. I'm loving these Pearl Izumis, which for lightweight shoes, have enough cushioning to protect you without wearing you down. I also got a pair of Saucony Kinvaras, and Mizunos. As for New Balance, they are cool but I prefer Asics to them. Stretching is a tricky subject, and I admit sometimes I don't stretch at all but they can be of benefit from time to time after runs. If you can, try drinking chocolate Almond milk, I swear by it. I prefer the Silk brand.
I also read somewhere that he isn't fond of Dwight's personality.
Exactly, Ariza is an important cog
He would replace Dwight with production and then Dwight would become a locker room cancer
Theres probably about 0 chance he would end up in Houston. With Howards/Hardens/Smiths contracts where does the money even come from? Why would he want to play with those 3?
is not josh smith a fa
Smith is a FA. Doubt he's back unless he takes a massive discount.
He is.
Clearly didn't read my post. This ass said SA is the SAME, outside of basketball, as everywhere but LA/NY re:livestyle options.
That is flatly not true.
It has is own, low key, unique dynamic. That's great, it's a great town.
But I'd bet no 30 y/o black millionaire would equate SA=Dallas=Houston=Phx=Mia
Sure theyre all unique, but 1 if those is clearly not like the others in terms of lifestyle or ecomonic opportunities. No one who has actually spent time in all those cities would say that.
I'm just saying be realistic about what you are and are not.
Whoa, 10th of July?
I wish he can give us a definite time when to announce his "yay" or "nay"![]()
John Gambadoro @Gambo987 19h19 hours ago
Nothing official but word I'm hearing is its either Spurs or Suns for Lamarcus
Who the is this Gambodor guy?
Isn't ariza better than brewer? Why sign brewer at all. If they can somehow move someone else instead, they are paying brewer a lot to not start.
It's a difference but a marginal one, esp compared to CoL.
And brewer is being paid the exact same amount as ariza over the next three years.
If my ten-minute Photoshop to be funny causes him to go to Phoenix, then he wasn't going to be a good addition to the Spurs anyway, and you guys can all thank me later. I wouldn't have spent the last three ing days sitting in front of my computer if I weren't excited about Lamarcus Aldridge becoming a Spur.![]()
Most of the advice now tends toward dynamic stretching. The racing team I run with does leg swings, donkey kicks, and various drills that work on flexibility in motion.
I also do a fair amount of work with a massage stick and a foam roller. That seems to do more good than old-fashioned stretching.
I also run a lot of trails in addition to paved surfaces. The soft and uneven surfaces provide a different stress than pavement and strengthen a lot of the supporting muscles. It's also a nice mental break, both the simple fact that I get to run in the woods and the fact that it's easier to ignore the watch on easy days.
As for shoes, I'm personally with SpurPadre. I run in Asics racing flats almost exclusively. But I'm a low-impact, shuffler with a neutral footstrike. You need to figure out what shoes fit your biomechanics. A good local running store can watch you run and set you up.
