Looks like about a 35 win team
Has Wojnarowski tweeted anything regarding Cory?
That's if the old Roy Hibbert makes a comeback. If it's the Hibbert of the last couple of seasons, they'll be getting a lot of Ping-Pong balls.
You lose depth. Patty is somewhat injury prone. Enrique will have to play big minutes more often than not. None of that DNP crap CIA Pop been pulling lately with your guard rotation. That Dude gone too.
Kawhi not having a backup = more KawhISOS
Ah . Shoot Apolisoc now.
Lol lma kicked him out of country
That Hibbert is never coming back. I'm basing the 35 wins mostly on Randle, I think he's going to be a really nice player.
Injury prone.
Referring to not being done with signings..try to keep up
Don't you think it's more likely that CoJo's representatives reached out to the Spurs and asked them to withdraw the QO after Toronto made an offer they couldn't refuse?
Best of luck to Joseph. Hopefully he gets the playing time he wants.
You got me, man![]()
After the very strong start to FA signing Green and Leonard up plus Aldridge, the second half of FA would suck losing their depth. My guess? They fill those slots with capable guys and have a strong team. I hope anyways.
Losing depth is the payoff for maxing out an all star free agent.
He played more games than Kobe in the last 2 years...![]()
and if one gets injured?
Manu (if he comes back)
then you get someone
what happens if leonard gets injured or pick eye again
LkrFan is good people but he's literally one of the stupidest people on this board when it comes to basketball analysis/takes....and this board has ducks posting on the regular....
Like I said, good dude but he's probably spinning that Hibbert + Lou Williams is better than signing LaMarcus at this point tbh.......![]()
patty receiving a price for having an awful season... yaaaay
I agree with part of that. I think they withdrew the offer because Joseph asked for it, just like Neal did two years ago. But the deal itself wasn't all that great, which is why the Raptors didn't engage the Spurs in a sign-and-trade. They only wanted Cory if they could get him for free. That's what I was annoyed at.
I wonder how much Joseph's even going to play for them, given that they have their starter and just drafted a PG who isn't a great fit next to Cory. Save for the fact that it's his home town, I don't think it's a better position for him.
Well, when you put it like that....
Spurs saw they couldn't keep him anyway? They'd do that. I still hope you're right about the offer.
