If you have to tell someone how much of a fan you are that's just pathetic...a lot of guys "pledging allegiance" posted a million times but either said we were done so many times or dogged our players relentlessly that the forum was better off with those guys not posting at all. Stupid thread tbh...I mean, you get points for just posting crap to run you post tally up? That's just sad...

I swore I would not watch Game 7 after the Game 6 disaster, but of course I watched the entire game live standing up in my living room. No food, no drink, just standing silently. Thought we might actually pull it off, too, until Timmy missed the layup at the end. Once I knew the whole team was coming back in 2014, I had a sense that they might ring. Glad I hung on.
After last season, I was wondering what the future of this franchise was going to be. Now with a core of Leonard, Green, and Aldridge to build around, I think it is very bright. The only question mark is what the coaching situation will look like. It would have been nice if some of the Pop assistants had hung around to ascend to the throne in the post-Pop era. We'll see.

Been here since December of 08 when we ended up getting destroyed in five games against Dallas that playoffs. After we lost I thought it was over with Manu with a bad ankle, and Tim not able to carry the team anymore. Spurs had a speed bump in Richard Jefferson along the way, but we acquired Kawhi, Tiago and Danny Green and they saved our butts from going to mediocrity. Now we have two of the top five players at their positions in Lamarcus Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard, possibly even Tim is top five at his position also. Our future hasn't look brighter!

How many of you are like me and just stop watching when the spurs are eliminated from contention. I can't be happy for any other team tbh
