I drive up to Milwaukee once a year to see the Spurs play and that stadium there is dog .
Might be easier to shift Memphis into vacated slot in Central division out East than New Orleans. Might be deciding factor.

I don't even know why Seattle would want back in the NBA after being cucked by the Association, especially since the NHL actually wants into that city.
Seattle can provide the "Bucks" a brand-new stadium and sold-out crowds. Just something to consider...
Michael Carter-Williams scaring the out of Bucks fans
But it borders it, just like New Orleans (on both sides of it) and Minnesota (who happens to play in the Twin City to the west of it, not east). You can't do wrong with any of them but given that Minnesota is already in the region and when you examine rivalries in other sports and what division Minnesota teams are usually in (i.e. Midwest based divisions), it makes perfect sense for them to slide over where Milwaukee is assuming they move west.
Like I said though, the Bucks should move to Chicago if possible where they at least wouldn't have to start completely over attracting a fanbase and could get solid market share as their second team.
Both Memphis and New Orleans have teams within reasonable driving and even flying distance. There's no such team (except maybe Memphis) for the T-Pups in the Western Conference.
I don't want to send a ty team East. It needs to be either Memphis or New Orleans, two actual eastern teams, who also happen to be good.
sending the East Minnesota for Milwaukee, who's much closer to being compe ive than Minnesota.
Grizzlies would be chosen over the Pelicans to move. Easily.
