Nice dribble penetration and assist from Bertans. And then another nice pass the next play.

Hes definitely got some decent vision out of the 2 guard. He could probably play some spot minutes next to Patty if Manu was out or resting on a given night.

Actually I think Bertans is more likely to head to camp than Lalanne. In order to attend camp they will have to sign the player to a contract. If the player doesn't make it out of camp then they'll have to be waived...along with their rights. Unless they feel confident that Lalanne can and will win a roster spot I doubt they put themselves in a position where they might have to waive him. I think it's more likely they just let him sign in Europe and skip camp if they're unsure on the outcome. Thats been their modus operandi at least over the years...

Bertans on the other hand...they don't own his rights at all. Hes literally just a street free agent. So waiving him out of camp doesn't have any adverse effect.
    gotcha, makes sense...thx

    Good steal by Anderson.

He hasn't looked good at all tonight though. More sloppy ball handling, lazy passes and just sloppy turnovers. Glad hes rebounding well at least.

Wow...that was a messy sequence. I think basically every player on the court hit the deck.

I think Kyle's problem is that he gets too relaxed. I mean he plays that way, but I would like to see him play with some more urgency. More effort or something.

Also, i think posting up on smaller players might be one of his calling cards if he wants to make it in this league.

Funny he could make the next few shots in a row and turn it all around, and then we would say he had a good game. Either way, the game against Utah was just a good shooting night.

I don't get all the love for Kyle Anderson.

Shall we just split the difference?

Well, to be fair, saying he may make training camp isn't exactly a LOT of love. He has made some nice plays that show some seasoning. And, he can shoot. They'll probably want someone bigger for a Belly replacement? And signing Ray, today, sort of takes him out of the running for being a third combo guard backing up the PG position for those that feel he could play a few minutes, there, a la a ty PG Gary Neal did for us during emergency injury situations.

I thought maybe as a combo guard, maybe, but not after today's signing.
