Over 160 a day. If I set an alarm and really stuck to it I could probably pull it off. Just split it up in to sets of 30 five times a day and add an extra pushup on first and last set.
Got 4657 to go...and only like 19 days... seems tough tbh.

Shouldn't be too hard IMO I can do at least 50-60 at a time without stopping

that's not really too difficult to pull off I just don't see the benefit
Maybe he's setting goals for self improvement IMO. Maybe he's training for the USA/Iranian war. Either way a few push-ups never hurt anyone.
