Cousins isn't going to magically develop Tim Duncan's leadership persona. What has Boogie ever done to gain the respect of his team enough to be put into that leadership role? Rondo and Marco have rings, maybe someone else there does, not sure.

Not many people have Duncan's leadership persona. Cousins is only 24, I'm not too worried about it. There are a lot of vets in the locker room now with playoff experiene, something he's never had before.
