Riga time? As in - Riga, Latvia?
Great town. I spent two days in the city a couple of years ago and really enjoyed my time there!
Yep. Riga, Latvia. I live there (even though I'm an American from Vegas) can't recommend it enough. Glad you had a nice time!![]()
How is there no video of the Kyle to Simmons alleyoop?
No Bill....you the man.

As always, thanks for the pictures.
Thanks for posting the boxscore OP. Helpful for those of us who missed the game.
Cheers my friend!![]()
Wasn't Hollis-Jefferson considered the best perimeter defender in the draft? Kyle Anderson just flat out destroyed him!![]()
Only this:
I thought that was a nice tip of the cap to good ol' BillMc, as well.
Loving the assist numbers Simmons has been able to put up.
Rachel Sanchien? Anyone know who that number is interviewing Eddie?

Also, Jarell Eddie for admitting he was a Laker/Kobe fan. Automatic disqualifier, not Spurs material. Next.
Jarell is still on the 360? Damn hopefully he gets that camp invite money. Also said he grew up watching Shaq & Kobe, like Kawhi![]()
Wow Anderson and Simmons looked good, glad the spurs signed Simmons before some other team did. They certainly did their homework.
I was thinking that as I watched the game. Spurs always one step ahead.
Simmons looks like a legit NBA player. Also like what I'm seeing from Kyle lately too.
It's on here
Aaaahhh! This game didn't record properly for me so I could watch it. That being said:
Kyle Anderson now has, I think, 3 straight very solid games in a row. 25 points on 10-22 shooting is very solid (from him especially). His rebounding numbers are also still high. The best thing though - his turnovers have stayed low lately. Thats something that has always frustrated me a ton about him was the sloppy turnovers. If he can carry this momentum into the preseason we might see him suit up in NBA games with more regularity this year. That being said, the NBA and summer league are worlds apart. Take this experience and use it to build your confidence Kyle.
Jonathon Simmons is the other player that has also looked great. But unlike Anderson, he hasn't had to redeem himself for abysmal play early in the summer league. Hes looked like a lightning rod since touching down in Vegas and putting on the Spurs uni. I love that his playmaking ability keeps popping up. If he can really utilize that as a consistent weapon he could be a really nice bench player. Best of all, his turnovers were way down today too (something he has also struggled with).
A week ago I was very su ious about our depth on the wings past Manu. But Jonathon Simmons has almost single-handedly changed my opinion. And all of a sudden Kyle Anderson has actually shown a degree of consistency in his shooting too. It might prove to a be a good thing that the Spurs didn't pull the trigger on a veteran wing too quickly.
Oh very cool. I used to live in Italy but moved back to the states about 10 months ago. I live over by Nashville, Tennessee now.
I definitely enjoyed my time in Latvia. Went up there for work and went into the city for two straight days. It's definitely not a major tourist destination but it still had a serious amount of charm to it. I envy you for certain!
