This..I would probably drag Clippers/Thunder a tier down because of questions on OKC's health and Clippers's mental for ude and the D for both teams..

Spurs too high.
I'd rank them after warriors, cavs, clippers.
1. Cavs
2.a/b/c. Dubs/Spurs/Thunder
3.a/b Rox/Clipps
The rest: Who cares
Cavs will be interesting with a declining Lebron that has the most mileage in NBA history in a 6-year stretch IIRC..I wonder if he's going to accept a reduced role during the regular season, and whether they will actually use a system in the playoffs..
It is good to be in the EAST..Cavs and Lebron could coast big time and they are sure to get #1 seed..No way Atlanta is replicating 60 win season..And i wonder if Cleveland will even bother to keep pace with Western Conf top seed for Finals HC adv..
36 minutes per game, 70 games or less, more passing less scoring. Still best player in league by a mile. All NBA kyrie getting closer to his prime, no more big minutes for white aussie scrub. no more 19-20 start because dion cancer is gone. easy coasting in the NBDL-East conference. If jew coach doesn't manage Love minutes then he will be fired.
Lock for 62+ wins

The steroid testing this year should pay big dividends in a potential Finals matchup.
nah, more like 20... you also have to remember the West has the T-Wolves and Kings, Blazers and Nuggets will also be bad and there's at least 5 teams out east that will be worse...

Enrique for George Hill?
Blasphemy to put a LeBrick-led Leastern team over us, tbh
Now the Warriors, I could see.
I don't like the Pelicans long-term outlook with Evans and Gordon on the roster, but I think they're going to be really nice this year, tbh..upgrading Monty to the best Black coach in the league and another year of growth for Davis(barring injury) with a healthy Holiday should be good for a locked playoff spot IMO..
Utah is going to be good, too, if Gobert stays healthy IMO..continuity is huge in the NBA, particularly during the regular season while all the newly assembled teams are trying to find chemistry..
