If it's anything like where I live...it's hotter than the 7th layer of . My AC is putting in some serious overtime. I suggest that you do the same with yours.
I can't. I'm on a plan. From Noon till 7PM I turn the A/C off. The rest of the day it's (kilowatt hours) 1/2 price. So, I get it down to 59 degrees by Noon, turn it off, and hold on. By 5PM it's already approaching 80 degrees and by 7PM it's twixt 82-85.
Because he's the most egregious by far.

He should be. He's the worst of the worst and has been warned/banned numerous times already.
