Manu
Tony
Remember 10 years ago? The much heated Manu vs Tony fans debate. That was when both were young..
Now, Manu is potentially at his end and Parker has declined to an extent that he's no longer a top 4 player in this team.
IMO,
pre 2005
Tony>Manu
2004-2007
Manu> Tony
2008-2009
Tony> Manu
2009-2012
Manu > Tony
2013
Tony
2014-2015
Manu..
Damn, I am going to miss the Manu vs tony debates....srs
Clearly though, manu had a bigger impact on the championship years though.
So Manu>Tony

You should go back to being timvp, tbh.
I really feel nostalgic today.
Dat Manu vs Tony debates were my favourite off season spurs related discussions

this is a legit thread.
Nothing to do in August and this thread should end the Manu vs Tony debate imo.
How many of nolyfescrubs alts voted? Tbh.
You are my favoUrite (lol) poster. It's always nice to get a good laugh every now and then. My favorites are the ones where you post a prediction, and then it turns out to be wrong, or when you're Parkersessed. It's like he brent your old lady over and gave her some "creme fraiche".
See what I did there, lol.
Wouldn't be surprised if every vote was his Alt tbh

Manu has always been the second best player after Tim Duncan, Manu is the beta player
In their prime Manu is a much better player.
2013 Parker or 2011 Manu?
judge not that ye be not judged, the hunchback sees only his companion's hump
The answer is obvious.
It's the Red Mamba.

Yes I am sure this will totally end the debate for good.
I've honestly never understood the need for Spurs fans to prop up one of these guys to put down the other or even to pick sides with them. Appreciating Manu doesn't require hating Parker and supporting Parker doesn't obligate a fan to put down Manu.
Each has come up big in big moments during his career; each has made awful plays at terrible times in crucial situations. Play enough big games and that tends to happen. Ultimately, without both of them, the Spurs don't have all 5 les, so they're both essential parts of this era of Spurs basketball.
Why not just leave it at that?
I wonder how many accounts apalisoc registered to vote...
I actually voted manu, as much as I hated him after 6 prime Manu was one of my favorite players of all time to watch. Peak Manu was much better than peak Parker imo.
Rasho vs Nazr were great debates too
Spurs legend Rasho *
Unfortunately Manu has never been able to finish even 1 full season without injury.
Because of that fact this comparison is pointless. MVParker by a million miles.
Next...
Because Apo and his crew are player fans and not fans of the actual team they supposedly support. Division and derision is the MO for the whole lot.
damn looks like Manu is leading this poll by a good margin.
agree with the Poll IMO.
