Or Mike Ross. Tough decision. Harvey is a killer but Mike is able to empathize with the defendant so he might be the better choice.
Actually, I think I go with Harvey. More experienced and he's less likely to let his emotions become involved.
That being said, it depends on what Harvey is going through on a personal level. He might be distracted about trying to keep Pearson Specter Litt viable.
