Ya I caught the one bout Watergate/Nam
Anyone watching this. It's OK I guess. The first one was about television but seemed like too much to cover in an hour.
Still startling to hear Archie Bunker say "coon" and "nig9er" on TV. Hard to debate the point though that television was good in that decade.
The ones on Watergate and Vietnam were much better.
Ya I caught the one bout Watergate/Nam
The most dramatic change from one decade to the next was the 50's to the 60's. It was like getting hit in the face.
which has nothing to do with anything in this thread.
You should go on back to sucking that 14 year old .
If they do movies it'll take a few hours to do that decade justice
Yeah...I'm sure they'll hit that also. I enjoyed the TV one in that it reminded me of all the great shows. But disappointing because as soon as they'd mention one, they'd move on. no time to really
get in to them individually. Although they closed with about 5 minutes on Roots.
I find the 70s more interesting than the 60s in general.
I liked the recent episode regarding terrorism abroad and at home. That was good .
What does this have to do with movies?
Bend over, I'll show you European influence.
Well? Hey got, you~~~~
LOL. That's funny. Was that one of mine?
How about...
Good one Avante, as you showed we all get off topic. My bad!
How about you go clean the off your Barney underoos.
So ya feel pretty stupid now don't ya? Want me to find more of your stupidity paying no attention to a topc?
What a dumb !
Yes, please. I like reading my old posts sometimes. They give me the giggles. If you have some time, track down the ones about Richard Jefferson and that gay picture he was in with Walton. That was funny.
I got the ...giggles...at 13 ya ing .
Is Giggles your boyfriend?
I'm not the one taling about gigling little man, you are. So you actually giggle, hahahaha!!!!!!!!
Born in '61. 70's were prime for me. Went places I'd never been. Done things I'd never done. Great times.
Yeah child er. Sometimes I giggle.
Watching the Music episode. Greatness so far
Depressing to consider how far mainstream music has declined.
I just watched this last night also. Heavy hitters throughout the decade. Although like the one on TV, this really needed another hour to even begin to do it right. And really could merit its own miniseries with an hour long episode to each of the genres.
70s and 90s are considered pinnacle of Modern Music right?
I would agree with that although my affinity for tha 90's music might be more personal. 70's would be damn hard to argue against.
Born in 58. Did things in the 70's that people only dream about.
I'll a robot for you when you're dead.
