I could see how he thought this. When I saw a picture of four USA players the other day, scrub was the first word that came to my mind. Can't fault Austin too much for thinking he's a talented scrub!

NO.. That is saying he is a future all star and he is not. Last year though Porker did suck I agree.
This dude is smoking some serious .lol Rivers just doesn't have it. He's missing that "burst", athletic first step and coordination that a lot of superstar and all-star guards have. Dude is not gonna magically develop athleticism and coordination in his 20's or 30's. You either have it or you don't. Reminds me of D'bustle trying to take people off the dribble in summer league.
He should blame his white mom's slow-twitch muscle fiber genes for his lack of explosiveness imo.
