I see Durant on all the list as a top two player. I don't think Billy Donovan is going to use him 36 mins a game. Also, I think he rest that foot as often as he thinks he needs it. If he has recovered, KD might be a top 10 player again. But I don't see it next year.

Really thats why you have him at 10? So there is a huge drop off from the 10th to the 11th player? There is a few players you could argue get that 10th slot and have a pretty compelling argument. Not anywhere near as clear cut as you want to pretend.
