Well If u read the other threads people were beating him in the "let's say edgy stuff about black people" contest. Sucks when that happens.
This isn't just black people though, I've had white bums come up to me and ask for rides , or claim that they weren't from around here and were lost, I was skeptical all the same...I've had white bums approach me more often than black bums and I live in an inner city. It doesn't matter about race, you gotta be on the lookout for sketchy people everywhere.
I don't think you really live in as far inner city as you think. Whichever way the outer city is, go the opposite way until you see only blacks. Then you're at the inner city.
