He's 24. He had a bad stretch. TD wasn't the best player in 2005 finals too you know..See what I did there.
Great players have bad stretches..Leonard has played over 60+ playoff games maybe..two or three games doesn't take anything away from it..Specially in a series where only 6 guys really showed up. Leonard, Manu, TD, Bellineli, Diaw, Mills..Green's only good game was game 7.

Alpha needs to be Alpha when it matters. My original post states that Leonard is a big part of the reason why the Spurs lost to LAC last year. That's not really in dispute, especially if he's the best player on the team as you assert.

No amount of wordsmithing is going to cover up that Kawhi sucked when the Spurs needed him most (again, cough Game 6 Finals FT Line). Spurs probably win the championship if KL is able to outplay Matt freaking Barnes. That said, I'm happy KL is on our team; I don't even say he can't win an MVP like some say. But at the end of the day I'm not going to player fan it like you and not hold players accountable.
