I saw a Wal-Mart worker with a blood streak this morning...she was obviously on the rag but I literally was on the verge of saying something to her about it but I just didn't...I felt horible after I walked away but my conscience kept saying to me don't say nothing Capri..question....Is it appropriate for men to let a woman know and if so how do you say it... Surely its best they know...or do you just wait until maybe another woman sees it and hope she says something..but what if there's no other woman around...
