If both Spain and Turkey beat Iceland and Germany loses to Spain, Spain should be third ahead of Turkey, because they won the heads-up!?

So this would be risky tanking by France...
France is not tanking, they want first place

Depends on Italy,if we lose and what you said happens all 3 teams will have a 3-2 record, but while Spain would have won the heads-up,they lost against Italy, which lost against Turkey,so it'll be down to point differential I think

But France won so who cares

Serbia and Greece seem like the most convincing squads at the moment, Serbia more so. None of the others has played like a tournament favorite throughout the first 4 games, only in spurts. Plenty of fun games so far.

Italy has to be a dark horse now that Belly/Gallo are letting their nuts hang every time they step onto the court. They can drop 50 on any squad & are money during crunch time.

We're not flawless though,we miss a good PG and that could be a problem, and Bargnani has been good not only on offense but also on defense in the last three games, but how long is it going to last? We haven't got another high quality big
Beli as well when he's on fire he's unable to miss, but when he's cold he's so damn cold and still doesn't stop shooting
Said that,Gallo is the best SF in Europe,Gentile has been showing why he's considered the best player in the Italian League and he's got guts, the bench has showed up and helped no matter if with scoring, defense or hustle and in general we're a pretty talented (and clutch) team offensively, but I still think we're behind the likes of France,Serbia,Greece and Spain
Then of course in such a short tournament everything can happen

    Italys defense is ing horrid.

But as long and Gallo is playing like Lebron and Beli like Larry Bird on offense they will be tough to beat.

Gobert's value will be marginalized against Italy b/c Belly/Gallo are jump shooter & Spain had no answer for Belly/Gallo. Greece/Serbia might smash Italy unless their defense improves.

Coasting a bit tbh he put some important baskets to lead the come back but nothing much to be noted... France has relied on lauvergne, Nando and gobert. Diaw had an horrible game tbh

Parker had the biggest usage rate and took the most shots and was subpar...

he really should be spreading the ball..

everytime he tries to go hero, the other team makes a run...

At FIBA level, Parker is shooting WAY below 50% while taking WAY more shots than any other player in the team..

He's being a supreme ball hog.

He was unstoppable, great year for him. Won in Europe with Real Madrid and is showing off in front of his country.. Didn't think he was this good. Proved me wrong

Germany exposed Italy's horrific perimeter D. Any penetrating guard can drop a load on that soft ass D.

it would take a legendary run from Danilo James and Marco Bird for this team to even advance far

Right after the game he criticized the coach for wanting the team to foul 3 up, 20 seconds to go in regulation...

There's some days when he can even be a problem for his own team, but when he's on he's unstoppable and a joy to watch, his talent is pure and his passing skills are out of this world
