A hardworking Mexican gardener was killed when he was taking his wife and daughter to get some ice cream after a black man jumped into his backseat and put a gun to his wife's head said give me all you have." A struggle ensued and gunfire was exchanged inside the vehicle. The Mexican victim died in the driver's seat while the suspect was able to get out of the vehicle but collapsed and died halfway across the parking lot
