I guess Pop didn't like what he saw from Porker
Lol, it must suck to go from hc to whatever position trajon Langston had. I'm sure it's a wink wink deal and he'll get a bench position whenever someone moves on. But lol, he ain't better than coach Becky.
Jacques Vaughn is a class act. Super hard worker, all business type. He will be great at the player personnel position, I predict.
Thought he had a hard time coaching the young guys during his tenure in Orlando. However, he was serviceable for the Spurs.
But he's certainly better than Boylen.
i thought he wasnt ready. glad hes back
got a slightly raw deal in orlando I thought.
good to see that no bridges were burned unlike with another former point guard and he has a chance to come back and help craft his coaching skill under someone like pop.
I hope hes gonna play
We already have Patty Mills for that role. And neither Vaughn nor Claxton made threes.
So isn't the other new assistant the guy who replaced Vaughn as an interim in Orlando?
Anyway appreciate Vaughn. He won us a ring in 2007 IIRC.
From head coach of a terrible team to a role in a great organization....
Vaughn should've been more selective and paid his dues as an assistant. He's lucky the Spurs are allowing him to put his career back on the rails. There was no wink wink.
Patty is the starting PG tbh
Porker should be 3rd behind JV
Think he'll lick his fingers before he draws up a play?
I'd prefer a big who can play more than situation defense. Welcome back Jacque!
