At first, when I began reading it seemed liked liberal gloating. Then as each post progressed it reads more like very, very, very, nervous self reassurances.
Boehner's exit is similar to the removal of Saddam/Ghaddafi ... he was pretty bad, but now the crazies might take over. If one of the Tea Party caucus reps becomes Speaker, Congress might as well stay home till the general election because nothing's going to get done.
Boehner however will probably pass a clean bill with Democratic support to fund the government for the next fiscal year. This is basically a kamikaze move ... he's taking one for the team to prevent the government shutdown. Someone had to do it, a prolonged shutdown would almost guarantee a Dem president in 2016, and maybe even a Dem Senate.
So now the wing nuts won't shut the gubmit down over Planned Parenthood?

The whole thing smells like selfish to me, tbh... he was going to step down last year, but then the Pope he invited was going to finally show up after 20 years of trying, so he sticks around just for that long, making sure he's the speaker during the visit, and resigns the day after...

I have really bad news for them. They are going to hate the next Speaker just as much because Tea Baggers don't have the votes to push their Tea Bagger agenda in any capacity other than just disrupting government and getting nothing done.
