    What does Ghostery do exactly? I've heard of it but never really used it before. Also, is it something that you have to setup yourself or can you just install it and use it like AdBlock that already kind of preset? I also switched over to uBlock a few months ago as people said it's a bit lighter on resources than AdBlockPlus.
