What was the question though?

I didn't see this posted here but I thought I'd bring it up. One of the quotes that stuck out was him saying "I wasn’t making my shot tonight, or I probably would have got it more, but I don’t think I was overlooked tonight." I really hope that doesn't become a thing he worries about coming into each and every game.
What was the question though?
Guy is a legitimate Diva..
Already asking for more touches in his first season game where he got the most touches..he's so insecure and sensitive.
I told you guys out the gate he was a premadonna.
And you see this comment right here... its enough to keep his ass in a funk. I see him pulling a Rondo on the Spurs.
I expect this from 20 year old..but a 30 year old?
The two times he was interviewed about his role, he talks about touches.
SMDH.

Well, it didn't seem like he was directly asked if he thought he was being fed the ball enough or not. He started explaining how he's prepared to try to fit in with the team by being passive at first and slowly get into it more as the game goes on without being too aggressive and always trying to make the best pass when available.
got ass krew taking shots at the new team alpha. typical, smh
Not even a spurs fan.![]()
Spurs are my second team.
At least i'm an American. Canadian krew trolls are traitors, tbh
And people thought LMA would put the Spurs over
They gave up a little bit of team chemistry for the current version of big man Iverson..Spurs = F
cked
I'm not taking shots at all. I'm just concerned.
He's been under Pop for like 3 months give him some time to learn
This gave me cancer tbh.![]()
“I want to be an (NBA) all-star and MVP of the regular season,” said Aldridge
Ugh, what a diva, isn't that right krew?
Hey, the krew found a new shtick.
Um, did anyone in this thread actually read the article???
Aldridge is talking about how he's trying so hard to make the extra pass that he's now being told in practice to be MORE selfish and aggressive. He's not being a primadonna at all.
I have my share of concerns with LMA, but it sounds like the biggest issue right now isn't his willingness to be a passer or team player... it's that he doesn't yet understand what a "good shot" looks like in the context of the Spurs system. So he's over-passing even when the "right" shot is there for him, because he doesn't want to be a ball-stopper."I can make the extra pass, which I’ve done. I think every guy on the team would say that I’ve made the extra pass more than I have probably in my career. In my last practice, Pop told me to shoot it, because I wasn’t looking to shoot because I’m trying not to be that guy, so I made the extra pass."
If anything, Green said, Aldridge may need to work on being more selfish.
of course not.
Ill admit LMA likes to talk it out, so to speak, but thats how a lot of great players are. He has high intelligence. He just needs to feel comfortable, and all that is gonna take is time.
This. These are the same dudes who took shots at Spurs legends like Gervin, Bowen, Duncan, Admiral, etc just to prop up Kawhi
I did read it but it's still cause for concern that he still felt the need to ponder whether or not he was overlooked.
What if he was asked explicitly if he felt he had been overlooked?
I'm not going to panic over one pre-season game that didn't include some of the nucleus players.
He wasn't the only Spur who struggled. Kawhi, Danny and David West were others who didn't exactly impress.
I'm expecting some growing pains as he and others learn to adapt to his new role with the team.
Because otherwise, that would've been the first sentence he would've started out with; that he didn't think he was overlooked. But before that, he was elaborating on his process of adapting to the team and what his approach was to the game. There was no indication he was simply asked if he was being overlooked...but yeah, I can be wrong about that.
