This guy plays incredibly in Toronto, did POP miss him just like George Hill??
He is better than Ray at this moment!
I am still missing his powerful dunk over Ibaka in 2014....

CoJo and Duncan were the only two Spurs who played with heart every game last season.
I'll always be grateful for that.

He's also a lot more expensive now than Ray. PATFO had to make choices...

He'd be the 5th highest paid player on the team right now. No thanks.
I was always critical of his game here, he was a poor fit with Manu, but he's going to be great in the high-usage role for Toronto off the bench, tbh..
We can really use him as a role player PG in the starting lineup instead of Porker...

How did Pop "miss" on George Hill? He developed Hill for a few years, turned him into a nice if not great player, then suckered Larry Bird into swapping him for a player who has become the next face of our franchise. Sounds like Pop hit the bulls-eye with Hill to me.
Pop didn't miss on Joseph. Joseph got a great contract offer that the Spurs were not going to match.
Joseph is a phenomenal player with a huge heart. That dunk over ibaka...thing of beauty. Can we trade them Tony for Cory?

Cojo was just kinda there.
He's a real kinda 0 +/- guy, just keeps things going, won't bust a lead out, won't lose it either a lot of the time....Keeps the engine running while the power has a rest tbh

Someone already mentioned, but it should be re-iterated that we couldn't afford him if we wanted to get Aldridge. Add to that - he's from Canada, so the move made perfect sense, and he will get a lot more burn than he would have here.
I love me some Joseph, and he's definitely better than McCallum. But he's been pretty mediocre in Toronto so far. The Spurs have no one on their roster who's worse bang for the buck and Cory, and that includes Parker.
He's garbage.
Hasn't looked like he's improved anything so far. I've watch a couple of his games.

Was a big fan of cojo. Always liked the effort he brought on the defensive end and his fearlessness on the offensive end. Will be a Spur I hope to see return some day, or at least hope he has success elsewhere.
Yes. Joseph was better than Pop gave him credit for, and G Hill is awful.
