    how is he racist?

for replacing mccoy, a black running back, with murray and mathews, 2 black running backs?

for replacing desean and maclin, 2 black receivers (who get paid a pretty penny) with jordan matthews and nelson agholor, 2 black receivers?

or for replacing brandon boykin, a black corner, with byron maxwell, a black corner?

Lesean and Desean were more of the stereotypical "black ebonic unemancipated" type rather than the intellectual/emancipated type, like a Ray Lewis or Wilson or RG3 or something.

yeah. lol win column... though in fairness, they still have to win games with Cassel at the helm for the next 4 (at least 2–2 and at least one of the division wins) to win the division.

they were also good friends with each other, which partially explains the fall-off from the crazy good year (second half of 2013 season where they both went nuts on defenses, remember the blizzard game) to last year's relative mediocrity. Those (along with Foles and Maclin) were Andy Reid's guys, though. Kelly has what he wanted all along now, though he would probably prefer a QB with more legs. It's whatever

Whottt do you think of the idea of driving down to Houston for the game this year? I was out of town for the Dallas game, otherwise I would have hit you up.
Man that would be wicked awesome but I really blew my wad on badass tickets to the game in Dallas, dont know if the old lady will approve a trip to Houston too.

I'm glad to see Tim Wright succeed in Detroit, the guy is soooo much better than he is given credit for. Easily a top 10 TE in the league.
ur beloved PFF ranks him as the worst TE in the NFL this year through six weeks

that kinda happens when you have been an end of the bench player up until now.

negative grades dont mean you dont play. they mean you make bad plays. if he's on the end of the bench and doesnt get snaps, his rating would be 0. instead they have him at a big negative

you can get snaps and still not be considered . i'm not disputing his suckiness so far, i'm saying he is finding his niche and it takes time for a qb to consider him as a legit option instead of a last option choice. And plus his grade is always going to be terrible, considering he can't block.

well, he did win a superbowl, which i believe is more than your team has in all those years that you've been born.

I'm not going to complain about Palmer. Cardinals have had so many ty QBs in this history it's great to have a QB you expect will lead you to wins, and who fulfills them 7/10 times or better.

But I do wonder why he can't consistently be great.

He missed so many gimme throws today, and forced too many things when the offense seemed to be running smoothly, that I do wonder if very good and occasionally great but with several duds is going to be the ceiling?

The penalties across the entire team hurt just as much, but Palmer is the QB and needs to step up against bad teams with 2nd and 3rd string QBs when the defense has dominated for an entire half. Game should have been a 20+ lead at half.
Mental Midgetry. Whole lot of the team and staff.

    This team doesn't have "it"...

    The touchdown changes nothing.

Cardinals were up 19-0. They had opportunities to be up 27 and could capitalize. They floundered as an entire team. Even if they win tonight they have been exposed. Great teams don't let all the little snowball into epic fail.

It is possible for this team to be both talented enough that out scored Seattle 19-0 to begin the game and 14-3 to end the game be inconsistent and mentally-stunted enough to be out scored 29-9 in the middle, including two consecutive strip-fumbles in the fourth quarter.

This wasn't ever about my fandom waning. It was about how my objectivity as a fan sees a talented but flawed team whose issues are still concerning a whole month after I was first concerned with them. Things haven't gotten better. Still sloppy, careless, and unable to maximize its game-changing opportunities.

The win is nice for the record, but you are not your record. Any given game these issues will bite them in the ass, and, this holds especially true vs better teams like those played in the Playoffs.

    My main point:

It sure would be nice for this team to not give away points so often and stop playing only half the game due to mental lulls.

This could describe any of the NFC playoff teams at this point.
The Cardinals look as good as any of them.
