He's more like a young Tyson Chandler w/o the elite rim protection. He a very good PnR player & is able to switch on defense without getting waxed by perimeter players. The worst contract on the team is actually Sideshow Bob who will be making a cool 10mill to be the 4th big-man, might get 10 min/per game max considering the Mozgov/Love/Tristan rotation. So he's basically an expensive but not dependable insurance policy.
They had him by the balls... How could you offer him more money, when he`s got no other option and would sign for 70mil. Which would overpaid him as well, but it`ll be 10mil less in taxes for the team.
